SUMMARY

Responsible for delegation and follow-up regarding customer challenges, leads and projects, in order to provide excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from New Business leads, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web site, and other sources.

Prospects, qualifies, and prioritize potential Etopa salons and spas while working within the standards of corporate policy and procedures to execute our corporate sales strategy for Etopa.?

Builds a relationship with the prospect by conducting a comprehensive needs analysis to determine financial position, resources, time frame and vision in order to sell in the appropriate need and to determine potential future Etopa business.

Communicate the needs of the customer and the Floorplan to the relevant design team member.

Delegates the leads to the New Business Team and Design Team based on customer needs, geographical region and project workload.

Works with Design Team & New Business to keep customer files up to date.

Presents Space Plan to customer for approval.

Creates Pro-forma relevant to Space Plan in conjunction with the equipment budget and the customers input.

Ensures that prospect receives and signs all relevant forms such as Etopa's Terms of Business, proforma and space plan.

Collects deposit and final funds from customer.

Mails brochures, literature and samples to leads as requested by the Customer and Sales Executives.

Checks and fulfills customer requests that are obtained via the website, Etopa voicemail, and through the mail.

Handles all post-delivery customer challenges and creates the weekly challenge reports.

Handles all quality assurance challenges regarding the furniture and equipment.

Follows up with customers, within 48 hours of an install, to assure customer excellence. At this time, handles any customer challenges regarding quality issues, delivery, install, and overall service.

Creates installation report after installation is complete for every install. Synthesizes report into a weekly and monthly recapitulation.

Schedules and follows up with (Installation Company) on installations, inspections and/ or repairs.

Follows up with final design, Pro-forma and method of payment to New Business Team

Investigates and resolves customer challenges.

When necessary involve the appropriate leasing company to communicate with prospective customer on Etopa's leasing program.

Handles inbound and outbound interactions.
